Do you provide video calls?
No. Coaching is through chat (website or WhatsApp) and audio calls if needed. We keep it simple and efficient so more time is spent on your results, not long calls.
What if I prefer WhatsApp only?
That’s fine. If you don’t want to use the website system, we can shift your coaching completely to WhatsApp on request.

Do you guarantee results?
Yes — if you follow the plan honestly, you will see results. Progress may first show in measurements, blood markers, and energy levels, before the weighing scale changes. Sustainable fat loss is guaranteed if you put in the effort.
Do you help with contest prep or bodybuilding competitions?
No. We do not provide contest prep because it usually involves illegal or harmful substances. Our coaching is only about natural, safe, and sustainable fat loss.
Will you suggest fat burners or drugs?
Never. We do not encourage fat burners, steroids, or unsafe supplements. The only supplement we may recommend — and only if you cannot meet your protein needs through food — is whey protein. Even whey is optional, not mandatory.
Do I need a gym?
Not at all. You can train at home with bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, or minimal equipment. If you have access to a gym, we’ll design a plan for that as well.
How do I communicate with my coach?
- Primary support is via website chat (you can send details, progress, and queries).
- If you prefer, you can shift entirely to WhatsApp coaching.
- Audio calls are available if needed.
